Greg has significant experience in both building out the human resources function from the ground up and in reorganizing the function subsequent to M&A activity to better meet the needs of the organization on a go forward basis.  Greg can effectively translate business strategy into specific human capital objectives, and he has the creativity to make the conceptual concrete and relevant. Greg has led HR operations for Fortune 1000 and public companies across broadly dispersed workforces within the healthcare, technology, financial services and real estate spaces.
